Ingredients
  

  • 8 large napa cabbage leaves
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Boil napa cabbage leaves for 30 seconds to soften.
  • In a bowl, mix quinoa, bell peppers, carrots, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  • Spoon the filling onto each cabbage leaf and roll it up.
  • Steam the rolls for 10 minutes, then serve!

Notes

Dip in soy sauce or sweet chili sauce for extra flavor!
