Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 small tomato finely diced
  • ½ red onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 –2 teaspoons lemon juice or vinegar of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro optional
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ✅ Lime-Free Flavor Boosters Optional:
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar for extra tanginess
  • ½ teaspoon orange juice for a slightly sweet twist
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder for a spicy kick

Instructions
 

  • Mash the Avocados
  • Scoop the avocados into a bowl and mash them until smooth.
  • Leave some chunks if you prefer chunky guacamole.
  • Add the Vegetables
  • Stir in the diced tomato, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  • Choose Your Lime Substitute
  • Add lemon juice, vinegar, or orange juice (start with 1 teaspoon and adjust).
  • Season & Mix Well
  • Add cilantro, salt, and any extra seasonings (chili powder, cumin, etc.).
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
  • Serve immediately with chips, tacos, or fresh veggies

Notes

Use Vinegar or Lemon Juice: Both help slow oxidation and keep the color fresh.
Cover with Plastic Wrap: Press it directly onto the guac to limit air exposure.
Store with an Avocado Pit: Some say this slows browning!
